Terms of Use
Last updated: January 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting savannahcapitalgroup.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, the courteous course is simply not to use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site describes financing products that may be arranged through Savannah Capital Group and allows you to submit an inquiry. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to lend, a commitment to arrange financing, or financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Figures shown — including funding ranges, approval timing, and product amounts — describe what the products in our network can reach; they are not a promise of any particular outcome for any particular applicant.
Broker disclosure
Savannah Capital Group is not a lender. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review. Not all applicants will qualify. Any financing agreement you enter is between you and the funding partner extending it, on the terms stated in that agreement.
Applications and eligibility
Submitting the application form on this Site places you under no obligation and involves a soft credit inquiry only. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. Products described here are intended for business purposes, not personal, family, or household use.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, and marks belong to Savannah Capital Group. You may read, print, and share the material for your own reference; you may not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own.
Third-party sites and partners
The Site may reference or connect you with third-party funding partners. We do not control their sites, terms, or practices, and we are not responsible for them. Review any partner's terms before entering an agreement.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep its contents accurate and current, but we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the Site's completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savannah Capital Group and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its contents — including lost profits or lost business opportunities — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Savannah Capital Group harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the current revision, and continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Savannah Capital Group maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
