Our position

Savannah Capital Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates savannahcapitalgroup.com. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to a funding inquiry, we use it for that purpose, and we do not sell it. This policy describes the practice in full.

What we collect

The only personal information we gather is what you choose to submit through our application form:

• Your full name and business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your approximate monthly revenue and the funding amount sought
• Any message you choose to include

Our web server may also record routine technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — of the kind kept by nearly every website for security and reliability.

How we use it

Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your funding inquiry: to have an advisor review your request, contact you about it, and — where you ask us to proceed — share relevant details with funding partners in our network so they can evaluate and present financing options. That is the whole of it. We do not use your submission for unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell your personal information to data brokers or any other party.

Sharing with funding partners

Because we are a brokerage rather than a lender, arranging financing requires sharing application details with third-party funding partners. We share only what is needed for them to evaluate your request, and only in connection with the inquiry you initiated. Each partner is responsible for its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review any partner's policy before accepting an offer.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It is a static website; any cookies present would be limited to strictly functional purposes, and at present we use none. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers, subject to Google's privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to service your request and to satisfy legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information in our care, though no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct the information you submitted, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it where the law permits. Children

This site concerns business financing and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page will change with them, and the date above will reflect the revision. Material changes will be presented plainly rather than buried.
